RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At BAAP, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Apparel Products

Due to hygiene, sizing, and inventory considerations, all apparel purchases are considered final sale.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for apparel products unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product

Requests submitted without sufficient documentation may not be eligible for review.

Review Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, BAAP may:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

The decision will be made at BAAP's sole discretion based on the nature of the issue.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

The exact credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor colour variations due to screen displays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
